Himalayan Pink Sea Salts
These bath salts are not only pretty, they provide a unique function in the
ability to
re-mineralize the body with minerals and trace elements essential to soften
skin and some people say that they ease aches and pains when bathing in these salts.
Ours are a
2-3 mm. Medium grain that is perfect for fragrancing and showing off the
lovely color.

Kelp Powder: Inci: Laminaria

This makes a beautiful deep green soap or you may wish
to use it straight or mixed with sea clay, rose clay
or other beneficial clays as a mineral rich facial masque.
It will have a slightly oceany scent, perfect in keeping
with a theme or use with our **Mediterranean
Sea Salt fragrance** with a gorgeous
green swirl. |

Organic Madagascar Vanilla Beans
*EASY* Vanilla Extract: Simply
take several beans, split them open lengthwise so the
meat is exposed, and place the beans in a pint of high
quality liquor of your choice although Vodka is the
usual choice. You may use rum or brandy as well, your
choice. Vodka has less taste of its own and is preferred
for that reason.
Vanilla Sugar:
Split 2-3 beans open and put them in a quart jar with
approximately 2/3 to 3/4 full of sugar. Seal the jar
with a lid and every so often, shake the jar to mix
the sugar and vanilla. After the desired strength is
obtained, it's ready to use. How about in your morning
coffee, perhaps to bake with or cinnamon toast to die
for.
Chop and/or grind to add to soapmaking,
or add to some oils and put in blender for tiny pieces
in your soap. The scent is Clouds of Vanilla Heaven.

Orange
Peel
This can be used to anchor a citrus scent. It is wonderful
in scrubs. It’s lightly exfoliating properties
and light scent is citrus heaven. Also great in tub
teas and a wonderful fragrance in sachets.

Lavender
Known for it’s calmng properties, this would be
excellent in a tub tea, even adding a bit of milk powder,
ground in Cold Process or Melt & Pour soap or for
use in sleep pillows. Lovely strong Lavender scent.

Egyptian Chamomile
Known for it’s calming properties in teas, it’s
a lovely botanical for any number of uses. Use as a
relaxing tea, bath tea or ground in Cold Process soap
for a very light exfoliation and a lovely fragrance.

Calendula Flowers
Long known for it’s relaxing properties, it’s
an excellent addition to tub teas after a long hard
day. It is also great in soapmaking as well as the beautiful
yellow of the petals survives nicely even in Cold Process.

Mint Leaves
(fine)
Extremely fragrant, it makes a lovely refreshing tea,
especially in the summertime, it also is great in foot
scrubs. Very cooling and the scent is wonderful.

Patchouli Leaf
Pogostemon cablin
For our Patchouli lovers,including myself, we couldn't leave
this one out. Cut patchouli leaf, a wonderful Addition to Cold
Process, Melt & Pour or any type soapmaking, it's
great as is or you can Put it in the blender with a
bit of olive oil to make it even more fine to add to
your soap.
